The villa is just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World and 25 minutes from Universal. In this location, you will waste no travel time reaching your Theme Park destination in the morning, and can quickly return to peaceful seclusion when your park-legs are exhausted! This makes it perfect for guests who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while having all the facilities to kick back and relax in privacy at the end of the day.
Great attention has been paid to the furnishing of our home, comprising 2 king size suites, 2 queen suite and 2 twin rooms, all with TV. There is a fully equipped Game Room, fantastic Open Floor Theater Room with 42" LED TV and specialist seating, and a north facing pool with Jacuzzi. In short there's something for all ages and preferences when you need a little time to relax. For your security, the villa is fitted with a safe for your valuables.
The game room is shared with a private vehicle of the owners.

Also, check out is 10am SHARP unless prearranged at time of booking. Anything after will enquire a $50 charge.
Pool/spa heat is additional $35 a day w/ a 3 consecutive day minimum. $30 a day if booking is 28 days or more.

*THERE IS A MANDATORY MID STAY CLEANING FEE ($220) FOR STAYS OVER 2 WEEKS.*
