The property offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps a total of 8. All 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All rooms have ceiling fans and Flat Screen TVs with cable TV. The two bedrooms with king beds also feature en-suites.The ground floor also holds a formal dining area which can seat 6 guests as well as additional dining for 4 in the kitchen area and bright, airy living spaces. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig cofee maker, waffle maker, blender & much more!
The rental’s outdoor space is just as beautifully adorned as the interior. A large salt water pool dominates the enclosed lanai and the pool deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee while the sun rises. It is ideal for family BBQs, too, with its large flat top grill more than capable of taking on even large dishes. The pool can be heated for an additional $35 per day, 3 day minimum. Guests also have use to an in-unit washer and dryer.

Amenities
We provide towels and sheets and in the laundry space there is a washer, a dryer, iron and board that will be available for the guests to use. This is a self-catered unit but we always provide an starter amount of items such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, hand soap, etc. When the period of stay is longer or there are many people, there might not be enough and the guests will need to supplement them according to their own consumption. There is a Publix nearby that has everything you will need.

The house that I stayed in was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay there. When I arrived the home was very clean and fresh. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the property. The pool was warm as promised and the house was everything and more. I can say that I will definitely stay with Southern Dreams Vacation Rentals & Management company again. It turned out to be one of the best trips that me and children have taken.
