Newly renovated condo with two queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Fans and flat screen TV’s in each of the bedrooms and the family room. Fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on your private bottom floor balcony facing a preserve. Has great free WiFi and even a desk for those business travelers. 1 small dog less than 50 lbs allowed.

Located in Champions Gate near I4 just an exit away from Disney this provides great access to the greater Orlando area with shopping and restaurants within a ¼ mile away. Head to Publix and pick something up to prepare for yourself or go to any one of the dozen dining establishments nearby for either a sit-down meal or take it to go.
There is a Publix grocery store, Walgreens Pharmacy, liquor store, nail salons, gas stations etc. all located within minutes of Tuscana Resort.

For all reservations, we do require a signed rental agreement and copy of photo ID. You must be 25 yrs or older to rent.

Also, check out is 10am SHARP unless prearranged at time of booking. Anything after will enquire a $50 charge.
