Our check in is at 4pm or later. We have a driveway that fits 2 cars or SUV. Overnight street parking is not allowed in this community. Your car will be towed if parked on the street overnight. Please use driveway only.

- Signed Rental agreement & Photo ID is required (We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest)
- NOTE: While the property features step-free entry and a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, stairs are required to reach 3 of the bedrooms
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed

During your stay
We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one.

There is a locked owner's closet. This is used to store owner's items. Guests has no access to this closet. However there are many other closets available for guest to use

Additional cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.

Smoking is not allowed. Evidence of smoking of any kind will be a $500 fine. You are welcome to smoke out doors or on the patio as long as the patio door is closed so the smoke does not get inside.
